In an effort to support bartenders and service industry workers amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Wine and spirits distribution firms Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) and Young’s Market Company are donating $400,000 USD to the 'World’s Biggest Tip Jar.' The initiative is active on GoFund and funds organizations such as the USBG Bartender Emergency Assistance Program, Southern Smoke Emergency Relief Fund, and CORE: Children of Restaurant Employees.

“Frontline workers, including bartenders and servers, are the face of the alcohol beverage industry to our customers. It is vital that we join together to ensure they are provided a means of support during this difficult time,” said Tom Cole, the president and CEO of RNDC and Young’s.
