2016 Flora Springs

Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa USA

Average Price: 50.00

Flora Springs was founded in 1978, but their legacy dates back to the late 1800s when wine grapes were first planted on the Napa Valley property that is now their estate home. The new era began in 1977 when Jerry and Flora Komes purchased the old Rennie property including 325 acres of land, 60 of which are planted to vineyard. Working as a family and team, they strive to create Napa Valley wines that are delicious yet balanced, powerful yet restrained, cellar-worthy yet ready to enjoy.

A medium to full bodied powerful creamy textured wine with aromas of Cherries Jubilee, Anise, Sage, Roasted Coffee, and Dark Confectioners Chocolate. We were impressed with the firm yet velvety tannins. We recommend it served with a meat reduction served with mint or sage.
